We love working with athletes and my family has recently taken up running together. We understand the many types of injury that can result from trying to stay active in our lifestyles. We ran the First Run 5k on January 1, 2010, and are doing our second run as a family on Valentine's Day 2010. Besides trying to stay healthy as a family, several runs around Portland are charity events. This makes us feel even better when we run. We hope to see you out there too.
